  • How can I contact Clean4U?

  • Are cleaning equipment and supplies provided by Clean4U?
    Basic Home Cleaning: No. You are required to provide the cleaning tools and supplies. Move in/out Cleaning: Yes. We provide the cleaning tools and supplies.
  • What cleaning tools and supplies should I prepare?
    As Clean4U does not provide cleaning supplies for client, you will need to prepare the cleaning tools and supplies for the cleaning session. Here is a guide of what you should prepare: CleaningTools Vacuum Cleaner Mop & Bucket Broom & Dustpan Trash Bags Cleaning Cloths Toilet Brush Round Extension Ladder (if necessary) CleaningChemicals Floor Cleaner, Multi-purpose Cleaner Toilet Cleaner Bleach & Zip works best for toilet floors and tiles
  • Can I request that the cleaner bring cleaning materials?
    For basic home cleaning: Yes, you can request from us before appointment. The additional RM30 will be charge for equipment. For move in cleaning: Yes, you can request from us before appointment. The additional RM30 will be charge for equipment.
  • What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?
    You may cancel your booking by informing us via call or whatsapp 3day before your appointment. Rescheduling is considered as cancellation. A new booking will need to be made. Caccellation or rescheduling on the same day of appointment will be blacklisted by Clean4U.
  • What are your available time slots?
    Clean4U have two time slots: Morning session: 9.00am - 1.00pm Afternoon session: 1.30pm - 5.30pm
  • Do you cover my area?
    Currently, Clean4U coverage Areas: Sitiawan Seri Manjung Ayer Tawar Lumut
  • When can I expect my home cleaner to arrive?
    While will do their best to be on time but due to traffic conditions and weather, they can sometimes be delayed by 10 - 15 minutes. Your cleaning session will start only after the cleaner arrives.
  • Do I have to be at home during the cleaning?
    We recommend that you are present at the home so you can give the cleaner instructions and access to your house.
  • What should I do if something is damaged/missing?
    To avoid potential issues or misunderstandings, we advise you to keep your valuables such as jewelry,cash and expensive gadgets in a safe place and do a bag check of your home cleaner before and after the cleaning session.
  • Why some cleaner can't be booked?
    The cleaner has been booked by other customer.

Payments Accepted

We accept Cash, Online Banking and E-wallet.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel you booking by informing us via WhatsApp or to our live chat agent.

  • Facebook message/comment will not be considered as cancellation notice.

  • The cleaning schedule also needs to be rebooking.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with the job (not applies to move-in and spring cleaning), please let us know and we will send another cleaner to your home to finish the job at no cost!
 

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please call us as 6011-11919021 or drop us an email with picture attachment as proof at support@clean4u.my within 24 hours after your cleaning session.
